Kara Edstrom

Kara is a Young Living Platinum, Certified Aromatherapist, educator, and creator with a deep passion for the art of scent. For more than seven years, she has been blending, testing, refining, and creating original essential oil recipes, developing hundreds of custom perfume and diffuser combinations along the way.

What began as a love of creating beautiful scents has grown into an extensive collection of thoughtfully curated recipe books designed to take the guesswork out of blending. Each recipe is created to help you confidently combine oils into scents that feel beautiful, balanced, and completely wearable or enjoyable in your home—whether you're brand new to essential oils or have been blending for years.

Kara has also spent years teaching classes on essential oils, supplements, skin care, and everyday wellness. Her experience as an educator and speaker has led to invitations to teach for teams across the country and speak at events, but her favorite thing is still helping people discover just how creative—and simple—using essential oils can be.
